This patient is a beautiful woman in her early 50s. She came to Dr. Happe concerned about the wrinkle lines and volume loss that accompanies aging. To address the patient's concerns, Dr. Happe formulated a three-step plan to slow the aging process and refresh her look.

First, Dr. Happe injected BOTOX into the upper portion of the patient's face, to relax lines and wrinkles in the upper third of her face. This resulted in an especially beautiful relaxation of the lines around her eyes (her crow's feet) as well as the lines that extended into her cheeks.

Second, Dr. Happe injected Voluma, one of the heavier fillers, into the patient's cheeks. The resulting lift did more than just re-volumize her cheeks—it also pulled the lower skin tighter, improving her nasolabial folds without the need to fill them.

Third, Dr. Happe addressed the age-related thinness around patient's lips. She injected Volbella to subtly line the area around her lips with additional volume.
