Payment and Cancellation Policy

The cost of services is charged at the time of your appointment or, in the case of an Initial Consultation, at the time of booking. Please bring cash or a valid credit card. We are also set up to accept electronic payments, such as Venmo and CashApp.
In respecting everyone’s valuable time, if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we require two full days’ notice (which does not include the day of your appointment). If you do not show, or if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than two full days’ notice (not including the day of your appointment), you will be charged a $100 fee to compensate us for the time we have set aside.
In addition, if you paid a booking fee a at the time of booking to secure the appointment, you will also forfeit that booking fee, in addition to the $100 no-show/late-cancellation fee.
